College of Natural Resources, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Scholarships
The Wisconsin Wildlife Federation gives out between six and ten ($1000) scholarships each year to students attending the College of Natural Resources at UW-Stevens Point. The scholarships are given to students focusing on fish and wildlife management, forestry, conservation law enforcement and environmental education. This year (2017-2018), the WWF awarded Eleven (11) – $1000 scholarships to students attending UW Stevens Point.
The WWF gives out over ten scholarships every year for boys and girls to attend summer camp at the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station run by the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point. This camp provides outstanding conservation and recreational learning for students.
Youth Outdoor Skills Day Grant
Annually, the WWF issues up to ten grants of $250 each to organizations that put on Youth Outdoor Skills Days. These activities provide hands-on opportunities to boys and girls in skills related to hunting, fishing, trapping, and other recreational and conservation activities.
